Ironclad Legacy Pan

The mother of all cookware. The Ironclad Legacy Pan is the original and only cast iron skillet made in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Hand-poured to order, every Legacy Pan is as unique as the family recipes it will prepare.

And it will prepare a lot.

Made with recycled T100 iron, the Legacy Pan has been designed to work on all cooking surfaces (including induction), and to withstand three generations of daily use. We're so confident it will last, every Ironclad Pan automatically comes with our trademark Three Generation Guarantee™.

With the right preparation, and a little care, your Legacy Pan will just get better with age. Over the next century, your pan will transform from the unseasoned grey to a rich copper black.

All Ironclad Cookware arrives fresh from the foundry unseasoned - because unseasoned means no paint or chemicals. But don’t worry, everything you need to prepare your skillet comes in the box.

When it arrives, the box will include a bottle of Marlborough Grape Seed Seasoning Oil, an Ironclad cotton storage bag, printed care instructions, and a hand-signed Three Generation Guarantee™. Every Legacy Pan also comes with free access to the Ironclad Family Recipe Vault - a closed social platform designed to store, share and save your family recipes for generations to come.

Check out more on how the pans are made in episode 3 of the Tipping Point series by following the link in the trailer.
