We’re proud to announce the launch of our first-ever wine range, Tipping Point, created alongside Constellation Brands to do good and taste great with each varietal supporting a different not-for-profit organisation in New Zealand.

“From day one this project has been about creating a wine that celebrates all of the things that are close to my heart – our regions, our land and bringing people we love together for a bite of something delicious to eat washed down with a decent drop” - Al Brown.

Tipping Point wines support six organisations that are working hard to create a better future for New Zealand: The Bumble Bee Charitable Trust, Sea Cleaners, Kea Conservation Trust, The Hauraki Gulf Conservation Trust, Wilding Free Mackenzie and Te Tira Whakamātaki. Each cause is guaranteed to receive an upfront $10k donation to get the ball rolling.

This makes purchasing any of the six varietals, a Chardonnay, Rosé and Syrah from the Hawke’s Bay, a Field Blend and Methode Traditionelle Bubbly from Marlborough or a Pinot Noir from Central Otago, a perfect way to give back while enjoying a delicious tipple.

“Most of us want to look after our environment and give back where we can so it’s pretty cool to know that every bottle of Tipping Point you purchase is going towards a good cause,” says Brown.

In addition to its charity alignment, Tipping Point has been crafted from the ground up to embrace New Zealand’s genuine, no-fuss lifestyle. From being on board and helping with each vintage this year, to the distinctive bottle shape and convivial labels,  our love for informality shines through every aspect.

“There is a strange formality around drinking wine and selecting the perfect bottle. I wanted to remove this completely from Tipping Point. Anyone can drink these wines, any time. At the end of the day it’s just that, a very drinkable drop and each varietal fits well with our relaxed Kiwi spirit.”
