The Fed

Federal Delicatessen is my take on a classic Jewish deli, with great New Zealand produce. Executive Chef Kyle Street and I ate our way around the famous Jewish delis of Montreal and New York, finding inspiration for The Fed. Think slow-cooked, hand-cut specialty meats & cured lox, bagels, sandwiches, steam kettles, fountain soda, bottomless coffee and cocktails. The Fed is about informality, fun and generosity.
