Depot is quintessentially New Zealand. It’s my attempt at commercializing the casual, informal environment of the Kiwi bach, and is the perfect place to drop in and refuel. The majority of our seasonally focused produce is cooked over charcoal or native hardwood, creating food with maximum flavour. Depot is all about no fuss.
